These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Scores 88 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and every individual who uses this website ("member", "you"). By accessing scores88.biz, registering an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scores 88 may request a national ID, passport, or other documents at any time for KYC verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

The following individuals are also not permitted to use Scores 88:

Deposits on Scores 88 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Deposits are usually instant, though occasional delays may occur due to banking processing times.

Deposits carry no additional charges, though your mobile banking provider's own fees may apply. All deposits are non-refundable once processed — unless a technical error results in a duplicate charge.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be accepted.

• Regular Member: maximum BDT 50,000 per day
• VIP/High Roller: daily limits set on an individual basis

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Requests to withdraw via a different method may require additional verification.

Once a bet is placed on Scores 88, it is considered final. In certain exceptional circumstances, a bet may be voided or amended, such as:

• Significant pre-match changes (player changes, venue changes)
• Incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error
• If a match is completely abandoned (fewer overs played than scheduled)
• If the official result is overturned (decision reversed at a later date)

Odds change rapidly in live betting and may shift before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed on the confirmation screen are final.

You may place multiple bets on different markets within the same match. However, any attempt to exploit the platform through arbitrage betting or other systematic methods will result in action being taken against your account.

Every bonus and promotion on Scores 88 has its own terms. The general rules are outlined below:

• Welcome bonus wagering requirements are typically 5x to 10x
• Cashback bonus wagering requirement is 1x (withdrawable after a single bet)
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn — they may only be used for betting
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days — specific offers may differ
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will result in cancellation of the bonus

Scores 88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Terms of ongoing bonuses will not be changed without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Scores 88 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

1. Creating more than one account or using another member's account
2. Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents
3. Systematic attempts to profit by exploiting the bonus system
4. Using arbitrage or any automated betting software
5. Sharing account credentials with others or placing bets collectively
6. Hacking, data theft, or any attempt to compromise site security
7. Depositing using money laundering or illegally obtained funds
8. Harassing or threatening other members

If suspicious activity is detected, scores 88 will immediately suspend the account and launch an investigation. Where wrongdoing is established, legal action may also be pursued.

Scores 88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Refusing to complete KYC verification
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request

Members may request to close their account at any time. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance, unless the closure is due to a breach of terms.

Scores 88 is an entertainment platform. Betting always carries financial risk, and members are solely responsible for their own decisions. Scores 88 is not liable for:

• Financial losses from betting
• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Delays due to third-party payment gateway issues
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure events

However, where a technical error causes direct loss, scores 88 will provide appropriate compensation. Claims must be submitted to Support within 48 hours.
